After being rejected by the biggest newspaper publication in my country, I am putting my article here. In your hands. Here I, your self-proclaimed savior, poet, dreamer, specialist procrastinator and extreme overthinker have decided to take the sweet responsibility of sharing my thoughts on mundane topics like life, love and heartbreaks, teenage dreams, societal standards and many more. Think of it as a fool's guide. To life and other things. Might come handy for your life, perhaps, I dare say. An excerpt from within: "Well, if you are anything like me, a grumpy teenager who stays on her bed 24/7 and continuously scrolls through social media aimlessly to ignore the warning bells of the dreadful reality called life, you have come to the right place." (Jokes aside, I hope you really do enjoy diving in this journey alongside me, we will have fun, I promise.*cheekily winks*)

☆ Featured on Science Fiction and ONC Longlist ☆ Earth's orbit is broken, sending the planet soaring into the depths of space. ~ A horrific miscalculation by scientists had predicted a rogue star passing by Earth ten thousand years late. Instead, the star blasted past Earth and its gravity snagged the planet much too early, dragging it off of its orbit around the Sun. As the days pass, the Sun gets further and further away. Light dims. Warmth seeps away. The snow began within a month. Three months later, and it's a constant blizzard. There's no hope for survival on the planet's surface. As time passes, the cold will only get worse. However, there's rumors of a place where there is heat. Heat means life. Logically, there is a capacity limit for this haven, and everyone knows it. It becomes a deadly race to see who can get there first.

All sentinels must pay back the years they would have lived by helping their wards stay on the right path, only he was not expecting her. https://www.wattpad.com/story/242092943 Copyright © 2021 Sophia Mills Have you ever seen an accident and thought, thank God I was running late today? Or showed up at the right place at the right time and questioned if there was someone out there watching over you? Gerry fell in love with Kay, but she was too young and immature at the time to understand his plight. At 15 years old, Kaylee could not see the big picture or how this moment would change their lives forever. Many mistakes were made and several poor decisions, but everything happens for a reason. Years pass and Kay is now happily married. She and her husband decide to have a baby, but things don't always work out as we plan. After trying everything under the sun to get pregnant, Kay turns to a fertility clinic hoping this will be her path to having a baby. In this story, Gerry realizes that suicide is not the end. It's a domino effect on your family and friends that reverberates throughout time. Your pain becomes theirs and the guilt of that one act is irrevocable.

Asteria stands divided. After the world burned in the fires of the Great War, the old order died, and a new order arose. But along with the old order died the stability the great empires brought. Now, bloodshed is all too common in Asteria, with hundreds of kingdoms, republics, and empires tearing at each other's throats. And far away from the conflict, deep within the mountains of the Floating Isles, a horrifying spectre is rising, the rage of the Draekon. The Draekon peoples, humiliated after the Great War, are preparing for revenge against those who destroyed their empires. Mankind is divided, more willing to fight each other rather than the threat that looms over them all, and the Moraks, the great arbiters of freedom and justice, have become complacent, not willing to send another generation to die for others. But even though all seems lost, hope is still alive, and whether they know it or not, the people of Asteria can find a way through the dark time. Asteria waits with bated breath, to see if its people will find the path.
