Stalina Amaris Fontanez. She was crowned as the queen of the waves, the slayer surfer of the sea. She was the living mermaid of Isla Vagues, blessed with beauty and graceful moves. Ang tubig at alon ay higit pa sa hangin para sa kanya - kailangan niya iyon para mabuhay. Ang gumalaw at sumabay sa galaw ng alon ay nagpapaligaya sa kanyang puso. Tahanan niya ang karagatang nakapalibot sa Isla Vagues. Isa siyang sirenang dapat manatili sa ilalim ng tubig; ang mawala sa kanyang tahanan at tumapak sa ibang kalupaan ay kamatayan. No one could ever make her leave her home, no matter what. That was what she thought-until she met a man who was lost on the island. And would he still see the island as a strange place if he were enticed by the queen of the waves, or would Stalina still be unable to leave her home after hearing his tempting voice?
