“Hey buddy, how are you?” Ruby called Robby. “Ruby! I’m good, how are you?” Robby asked in reply. “I’m good, how is it living with Abby?” she smiled at his innocent voice. “It’s fun,” he said sadly. “Well, if it’s so fun, why do you sound so sad?” Ruby asked. “I miss my mommy,” he sighed. “I know," she said. There was a long pause. "I miss you, I’m going on a trip,” she choked as her face heated up. She knew that she may never see him again. “Where Ruby?” he asked. Tears threatened her eyes. “I love you Robby,” she told him. “I love you, too, Ruby,” he said sleepily. Ruby looked at the wall clock and noticed that it was around his nap time. “Bye, bye,” Ruby half laughed then hung up. ___________________________________________________________ After hiding from Desmond for six months, Ruby finally decided to go out a bit more into the public but she was still cautious.
