Arthur and Merlin get into a big argument that results in Merlin storming out of the castle, into the woods. Merlin isn't seen again later that day, nor is he seen the next day.

"Take heart, for when Albion's need is greatest, Arthur will rise again..." But what happens when he does? Arthur wakes up one day alone and confused on the shore of a lake. Where's Merlin? Where's Guinevere? And where the hell is Camelot? As he learns more and more about this new world, he realizes that it's nothing like the one he left behind; and although he has his old friend back, Arthur still finds himself longing for all that he lost. Until he runs into a girl...who just so happens to look exactly like the woman he left behind. Arthur recognizes her as his beloved Guinevere right away, but she has no recollection of him. In a world where he's no longer the King of Camelot, can he get her to fall for him all over again? Or maybe even to realize that she is his Once and Future Queen? He's not sure. But he once said that if he loses her, he loses everything. So he may as well try.

This will be mostly Merthur, just some short stories and maybe some very bizarre ships...we will just have to see how it goes!

Gwaine gets everyone into trouble. Leon is 1000% done with Gwaine's pranks (so is the cook in Camelot). Elyan is an amused friend. Percival's gay fite me you won't. Morgana has finally been killed, Merlin Arthur, and all of the knights survive the battle,(except Lancelot and Elyon because they die earlier in the series.), the two friends get swept up in celebrating in Arthur's room and end up spilling some important secrets, not entirely by choice. It's gay, because well Merhur Some language, mild violence, slight reader discretion advised. I do not own Merlin, only this version of the story. All characters and places in this story are credit to BBC.

Merlin struggles with his new found responsibilities his father left for him, keeping his inborn abilities secret, running from the feelings he feels for Arthur, and evading Arthur's attempts to find the Mysterious Emrys. I don't claim the characters nor the base story line created by the fabulous BBC. I am not getting any money for this, though I really wish I did.
