Sally is skilled in sewing and healing, and all of her pay goes straight to the hungry, because she knows Percy will bring home food from his hunting. Unbeknownst to her, Percy has also entered his name into the Hunger Games an obscene amount of times, giving all of his subsidies to families like the Everdeens. Percy's life changes irrevocably when Sally is killed, sending him into a deep depression. Primrose Everdeen, the only contestant to Sally in terms of popularity because of her lovable nature, becomes his new purpose, but what happens when Katniss volunteers for her in the Reaping, and Percy himself is chosen next? Will he fight for survival, or for something else entirely? This story pretends that Trials of Apollo doesn't exist. Sorry. Katniss is going home after 3 years, waiting for District 12 to be rebuilt. Her mother committed suicide a week after Prim died. Katniss was alone. The only thing that was keeping her alive was Peeta. The urge to feel his soft lips against hers. Just to be in the presence of him. She hasn't seen him since the rebellion, but her plans of loving Peeta will be cut short when she gets home. You have to read the book to find out what happens next.

Peeta Mellark has survived the Hunger Games, he escaped the Quarter Quell, then he was rescued from the torturous hands of the Capitol. His memory has been tampered with, so everything he sees could be either real or fake. Instead of a smooth recovery, he is thrown right into war. What would become of him in the end? Broken. (Taking place a little over halfway through the Mockingjay book and after the movie Mockingjay Part 1) This is a somewhat sequel to the other story I wrote called Hijacked, but I think you could read this without reading the other one.
