Adrian's life experience a whirlwind of changes after her mom and dad passes away and she finds out about the existence of not one, not two, but twelve older brothers who apparently hate each other. After a surprisingly calm battle, the oldest Cortello and the oldest D'Angelo ultimately decide that shared custody between the two of them would be best for Adrian and that leads to all of them having to live in one house without trying to kill each other.
