Left an orphan at a young age, Zelda lives in a beautiful chateau with her cruel stepmother and two stepsisters. Yet, despite being surrounded by wealth, she works as a servant in her own home. Being closed off from the world, Zelda is an avid dreamer, and escapes into her thoughts whenever she can, projecting those ambitions onto the beautiful dresses and gowns she makes. One day, a letter from the palace arrives, telling of a ball that is to take place at the royal palace in celebration of Prince Link's birthday. Little does the young girl know how with this, her life will be changed forever. This is a Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild rendition of the Cinderella fairytale. Just when Link and Zelda thought all was well in the kingdom of Hyrule, Ganon's evil magic strikes again. It is soon revealed that some of the dark lord's dreaded malice wasn't completely eradicated upon his defeat. The very little that remains seeks to try and rewrite history in Ganon's favor, by going back in time and erasing the existence of the four late champions. Now, it's up to the knight and princess duo to go back in time to try and stop the malice from destroying the kingdom they treasure and the friends they dearly loved.
