Tanjirou's eyes catch sight of the most beautiful person he's ever seen. Standing on the other side of the parking lot is a boy about his age with shoulder-length black hair, and the tips fade to a vibrant blue. His pale skin is stretched over incredibly defined muscles in his arms and abdomen (How the hell did this kid have a six-pack!?). Tanjirou feels his mouth pooling with saliva, and he swallows thickly. He can't help wondering what color his eyes are until pale emeralds lock with his rubies. Why are they getting closer? Oh shit, the guy's running! Why is he coming over here?! AKA a summer romance au between these two imbeciles because I haven't been able to get it out of my head for days.

After a night of opening up about their traumatic pasts, Tanjiro and Inosuke realize they've slowly been falling for each other--but neither of them are ready to admit it. This story follows them as they work through the confusing emotions of having a first love (with Zenitsu and Nezuko there to help of course). Written in third person. No smut, yes kisses. The mission chapter is pretty underwhelming bc I am awful at writing action/fight scenes my bad lmfao.
