It usually shows an end towards something, maybe in relationships or possible interest. It is the Ending towards a cycle, the transition from one to another, it is where one gets rid of any excess. It is a very powerful movement. That is what the Tarrot Card Death means, once flipped, so too is its meaning is flipped. There will always be an end towards a chapter.
