Eddie Kaspbrak x Richie Tozier -- after his abusive father kicks Eddie out, the boy goes to Derry, Maine to meet his mother. He soon realizes that Derry isn't like any other town and neither are the people in it.

"What are you?" The boy glared at them, a scent of raw meat and lavender surrounding him. He refused to speak, kicking the chain secured around his leg irritably. "Is she trying to protect you from the outside?" Richie tried again, hoping for a response. Surprisingly, the boy perked up. He still looked angry, but he didn't stay quiet. "More like she's trying to protect the outside from me."
