As you may or may not have deduced from the title and story image you probably know that this is about Izuku who managed to become a teacher at UA, the most famous school for hero's in Japan. Amazing right? One would think. About a year ago, if you had told Izuku that he would be teaching at UA. He probably wouldn't have believed you, hell he still didn't. Because let's be honest, what was a 15 year old, quirkless, trauma filled, emotionally unstable boy doing being a teacher to a bunch of teenagers his age and older? No idea? Neither did he. Izuku knew he was unlucky to some extent, from not having a quirk to his best friend leaving him. But now? Honestly he didn't know if these last few months were his good or bad luck playing.
