A book of Dreamtale oneshots I started writing in 2017 that gradually turned into an actual story by 2020. The writing isn't great at first but I assure you as the oneshots progress you will see improvement :) These are not Dreammare and no ships are made canon, however some are subtly hinted at such as Errormare. You can choose to see them as platonic or romantic.

100 years after the tragic events of Dreamtale, the two brothers continue a war of hate and love. Any AU unfortunate enough to get in the way of the darker brother's path is either conquered or destroyed. Your universe, Recoverytale, is a peaceful universe. Monsters and humans live together in harmony, and you simply love helping others. Everything was absolutely perfect-yet it felt like something was missing. But then the attack happens, and you're pulled into a whirlpool of magic, emotions, and more universes than you can remember. But don't worry. You'll have a new team by your side. And who knows? So before we get into the meat I wanna say that this is the first story I've written here, and all the "Dream x reader" stories I found are really good and inspired me to just create my own! So I decided to make one of my own!(Y/N neans your name btw) Bit of a warning, this will contain slightly graphic details, depression, and death of family, I dont want to trigger anyone's bad memories so please read with caution. In this story your parents are dead and everyone at school has done and said awful things to you. You're a Senior in high school. Things are complicated with your other family members but they provide you with money until you're able to get out of the house. But mentally. Things are hard without your parents around. Your personality: Your very stubborn and emotionally strong but not physically unfortunately. You have trust issues and depression, and you are a bit timid and quiet. But when you need to be, you are brave and outspoken. In the story I've aged Dream down quite a bit, to make readers slightly more comfortable, he's 19 years old.
