Over a period of 80 years you would be taken out of cryo, assigned to assassinate or destroy HYDRA enemies, and then put back on ice. 145 years later, you are awakened by the RDA after you were forgotten in an abandoned HYDRA base in Siberia. You now work for the RDA, one of the final strands of HYDRA, and certainly the most corrupt one.
