Hinata is taken in by Kyoko and Tohru when they found her abandoned. Hinata, only being a year behind Tohru, is taken in once again with the Sohma's. She soon meets Momiji Sohma, an energetic blond boy who can turn into a rabbit. A boy who became one of her best friends. A boy she begins to have feelings for. A boy who'd change her life forever.

Mei grew up surrounded by facts, not fiction. Science, not religion. Real life, not some pipe dream fantasy that most others had. Of course it come as a surprise to her that the stupid, blunt black and white haired boy who helped her once would end up changing everything she thought she knew about the world. This doesn't directly follow the Anime or the Manga, it's more of my own plot line that I came up with to differ from some of the other fanfiction I've seen but there might be spoilers from the Manga so read with caution.

She became close friends with Kyo when he was taken in, launching her into the world of the Zodiac Curse. When Kazuma left to train Kyo in the mountains, she decided to stay back at the estate and live under the roof of a close family friend Shigure. She enrolled in school with Yuki and chooses to devote her life to helping the zodiac members gain their freedom while also trying to understand her feelings for her childhood friend. ____________________________________________ This book follows the 2019-2021 anime, so I will be finishing up seasons one and two!
