Summary: After helping Crysta save Jafar's staff, Sofia returns home to find out her mother locked herself in her room and refuses for anyone to come in. Sofia is scared by her mothers behavior, until she realizes the reason why. She remembered that day like it was yesterday. The day her mother was left to raise her daughter alone, and why she had to take over the shoe shop.

When Sofia, Amber, and James see Cedric use a duplication spell on bouquets of flowers, Amber and James decide to use the spell on their sister. That way, the real Sofia can get some rest while her copy teaches Prince Hugo the double swerve. But Amber and James mess up the spell, and Sofia's copy turns out to be a troublemaker! Can Sofia stop her nasty copy before she causes too much trouble?

Freeing Princess Elena from the Amulet of Avalor was exciting enough for Sofia. But when Sofia and her family sleepover at Prince Hugo's palace, Princess Hildegard jealously tries so hard to upstage Sofia that her magical amulet pulls her inside! Sofia gets the amulet to choose Hugo to bear it and get her out. Hugo suggests the royals travel to Avalor, so he can travel to the Maruvian temple to release Sofia. But despite the procedure being performed correctly, the amulet won't release Sofia! It looks like Hugo needs another procedure to get her out, but what?

When Amber and James learn the true fate of their birth mother, they're less than happy that they never knew her. Roland isn't too happy that his children now know what happened to her. Sofia suggests Roland use his last wish in the Wishing Well to bring her back to life, and Amber and James are happy about that until they learn that there are going to be consequences. It means Roland and Miranda have to file a divorce, and Sofia is giving up her pieces of jewelry because she won't need them since she won't be a princess anymore. On top of all this, she and Prince Hugo have broken up! Amber and James aren't sure if bringing their mother back is worth all this, but will they really be happy if the wish does come true?

It's been a while since Sofia freed Princess Elena from the Amulet of Avalor. Now Sofia has a beautiful new dress, and her amulet is pink. Everyone at Royal Prep loves Sofia's new gown and amulet. However, Princess Hildegard is jealous because everyone thinks Sofia's ruby pink amulet is prettier than her new ruby necklace. Hildy wants the ruby pink color to look pretty with her gown, so when Sofia isn't looking, Hildegard steals the amulet. But before she even has a chance to put it on, the amulet disappears along with Hildegard's necklace! Where could the amulet have gone? Could the answer be under everyone's noses?

When an earthquake strikes Prince Hugo's kingdom, a cement ball comes loose and crushes his wrist. Sofia manages to magically heal Hugo's injury, but now his Enchantlet is broken and doesn't work anymore! When the royals report this to the Protectors, it turns out Hugo's Enchantlet can be fixed. They need to mix up a potion to fix it, but four ingredients are missing. Sofia, Hugo, Axel, James, and Amber all agree to obtain these four ingredients for the potion. But on the Isle of Crystals, Amber hears about Azurine's Singing Crystal Concert and wants to see it very badly, but she promised she'd get the Restoring Rubies for the potion. What will happen?

Sofia's aunt Dottie and uncle Jason are coming to Enchancia with their baby later, and Sofia has a short play date with Prince Hugo. But thanks to Flo's carelessness, Sofia is turned into a baby Jaquin, and she needs to be turned back before her aunt, uncle, and cousin arrive.
