He's all over the news in Burgess. "The Snowflake Burglar" as some call him, leaves sprayed snowflakes on every crime scene under the name Jack Frost. He's the usual cocky and mysterious thief who is independent and works alone with his friend Hiccup Haddock, who is the brainy of the two. He stumbles across one of his crime scenes to see a platinum haired girl known as "The White Blizzard", a member of a gang known as The Nightmares. The Nightmares come up a request for him. Will he join the Nightmares and what are the consequences if he denies the offer?

It's Jack Frost's Seventh Year at Hogwarts, and this year happens to be the Triwizard Tournament. Joining Hogwarts in the Tournament is Beauxbatons and Durmstrang, where old and new friends of the Big Four reside. Elsa has just ended the eternal winter in Arendelle and has come back into ruling the kingdom. Not knowing what to do, Elsa ask Manny (the man in the moon and her childhood friend) what she should do. He tells her to go to the North Pole, to speak to the guardians, that's when she meets Jack. At first Jack, is cold to Elsa for some strange reason, but when Pitch tries his many attempts to capture her, Jack is the first one there to keep her safe. Also the more nightmares Pitch puts in Elsa's head, the more she remembers about the time she froze Arendelle and the more she's losing control of her powers. Will they be able to save Arendelle and stop Pitch? Will Elsa get a hold of her powers again? Will Jack save Elsa or will she be taken...to the dark side?
