After angering his father (therefore pissing off the rest of his family) with his listlessness, he was banished to Wisteria Estate on the other side of the capital separated from the main household. Only 75% of the world's population had quirks though. Those who didn't develop powers were known as quirkless. They were looked down upon, for being normal. For not being special. But then came a revolution in the industry of technology and card games. They gave a chance for the powerless to become powerful. They gave the helpless a chance to be helpful. They gave a chance for the heroless to be a hero. But it also gave villains a chance to bring about more chaos. With the introduction of the increasingly popular card game, Duel Monsters, heroes and duelists alike were mixed into society. You were a hero, or a duelist, and many were both. They wanted to harness the ultimate power. Quirks helped enhance the player's decks, giving them special abilities to defeat opponents, and dealing even more damage. Izuku Midoriya's class was accepted into U.A to be heroes. Yugi Muto's class was accepted into U.A to be duelists. Both classes didn't realize how much their destinies were intertwined.

Tommy was a young boy that didn't live in the best place, he lived in district 11. That was where all the outcasts, orphans, mistakes, and runaways go. Tommy was all of thoughs combine. Tommy had been called a villain his whole life just because of his power, you can check outcast, he didn't have parents, check that too, he was never wanted, check that off, and he ran away from the orphanage... Boom all four of the boxes checked off. He was 100% meant to be in district 11, but he still wanted to be a hero no madder what, but he's to young for that soooo he does the next best thing. He becomes a Vigilante!

Tommy a 14 year old avian orphan boy how tries to survive by his payment in the 19th district from 20 districts. He hides is wings alway, because the only other avain there is to his knowledge ist he Angel of death. He is greatfull for his jop, that he got from the nice Lady Clementine, his position ist that he sings and is servant at her café. He gets his payment and sometimes he gets tips, but that happends just rarely. Or so it was until he makes some regular customers (That are a 100% not villains, vigilantes and some not corrupt heros and aren't his friend) that tips him pretty good. Cross posting on Ao3
