After the events of the Battle of Beacon, Capatain Keaton Gordon and his team must go to Atlas and work alongside the Ace Operatives to protect the kingdom, and seal an approval for an alliance between the United States and the Kingdom of Atlas.

Three different stories follows the members of Team JAAR (Jasper), Alexander Watson, Azumi Fukushima, and Jesse Jack and Ornell 'Jacket' Ray, as they each face a different adventure on their summer vacation.

The merged worlds of Earth and Remnant has broken out into a global war. Teams RWBY, JNPR, GRMA, and CFDT must fight through this conflict, while they must find a way to stop Salem from aquiring the Four Relics. And as they try to push through, they would be forced to make some hard choices along the way.

But Weiss left and took over the Schnee Dust Company shortly after her father's death. She tries to forget about Ruby, and the feelings​ she still has for the younger girl, but how can she? Ruby changed her life. She was a bright, slightly annoying, light that shone through the darkness that Weiss had surrounded herself with. Even after all these years she's still in love with the young leader, Ruby Rose. Ruby was alone. But that's what she wanted. that way she can't hurt anyone.
