This is a short story based on the current track from the show, Barrister Babu, in which Aniruddh is trying to apply reverse psychology on Bondita. In my story, Bondita inadvertently does that to him instead. You can assume Bondita's age from anywhere between 13.5 to 15, as per your ease and liking. However, she is quite mature and emotionally intelligent.

No matter how much he planned for her future, how much he fought the society, to save her from the ill effects of the one sided child marriage, his Bondita fell into the trap. The one thing he never planned for her, the one thing he over looked became her downfall. To save her from the one and only person he counted on to never hurt his little wife, himself.

In a bid to save an 8 year old girl from becoming the victim of sati, Anirudh marries a curious and tyrant girl Bondita. At a time when women education was considered sinful, Anirudh educates her and makes her the first women " Barrister babu" of their region.
