Over time, these remnants transformed into gemstones. Now, these sentient gemstones must defend themselves against the Lunarians, invaders from the moons. However, a fascinating turn takes place when a mysterious "guardian" becomes entwined in these events. What unfolds next is a tale worth exploring. DISCONTINUED This is based off of the manga/anime Houseki no kuni or Land of the lustrous. Note that Malachite and Purple Diamond along with some other characters do not actually exist in the anime/manga if they do, they are not the ones from this reading. This story takes place before diamond and cinnabar are born. The great morning sun began to rise over the horizon bringing the land warmth and light. I began to awaken to the morning glow feeling refreshed after the long night of darkness that had drained me the night before. My partner, Green Sapphire, was asked by Fluorite to assist them with patrol since Red had asked me to be their temporary partner. I glance over to Green's bed, they weren't there. "Wonder if they're still up" I question. Rising from my own bed I head toward my folded uniform when Fluorite came in. "Fluorite?" I question, "where's...." I was cut off when I saw their expression.
