Something's wrong. He's certain of that now. The photos, the dreams, and now this. It's too much to be a coincidence. He feels as though his mind has slowly evolved into a puzzle with one piece out of place. One very big piece out of place. And until he can find it, the rest of the picture will be skewed. His memories have been tampered with, he can feel it in his gut, though why or how he cannot say. But, after tonight, he has a sneaking suspicion that it all traces back to Spider-Man. Or: two years after the snap that saved the universe, Tony Stark wakes up to a world in which no one remembers Peter Parker: including himself. But when puzzling memories of Spider-Man come to light, will Tony be able to break the spell and bring his kid home? After a traumatic experience at age 6, Peter Parker hasn't spoken a word. Most blame it on the fact that he witnessed his Uncle die in a horrible fire, this is only partly true. Now, almost 10 years later Peter is given the chance to finally speak, but will he take it? Or is the fear of his Aunt to much for him to take that chance? Either way, Tony Stark can tell something's not quite right about the "kind hearted" May Parker. (Don't get me wrong I love Aunt May! But I always wondered what if we put a little darkness in the character? That's where this AU was born. Peter's life as Spider-Man wasn't easy before and now with a manipulative and abusive guardian, things only get more complicated but he's still determined to listen to his uncles words: "With great power comes great responsibility) [Book 1 of The Broken Nor Series] [Book 2: Octo Callidus Debitum]

Tony Stark and Peter Parker are as close as a father and son. Possibly closer even, with how many times they've saved each others' lives. But there may be no chance of rescue after they are both captured by a mutant-hating man with no empathy... "Because Mr Stark thought he would be fine. And so did Peter. Peter always ended up fine. Because he had made everyone worried - Aunt May, Ned, Michelle, even Liz. Because he was never good enough for Mr Stark. Because he never will be. And mostly, because he was scared. Because he wasn't alright. Because with every passing hour, minute, second, he was dying. And because Mr Stark had no idea. And neither did he." ... lacuna ləˈkjuːnə/Submit noun 1. an unfilled space; a gap.
