When Draco is in his sixth year at hogwarts, at sixteen, before he leaves, his father, Lucius Malfoy, beats him to try to get him to do better in his classes, but really, all that that does is send Draco into a mass of emotional and mental instability. Finally, will everyone at hogwarts see Draco for who he really is, and his father for who he really is? Harry has had weird years at Hogwarts, but his sixth year is possibly the most confusing and weirdest year. Hermione is moody, Snape keeps disappearing, Professor Dumbledore seems to hide something from him and Draco Malfoy is acting strange and clingy around Harry. This might prove to be the weirdest year at Hogwarts yet.

The boy's eyes became fixed on a particular Slytherin. Draco's silver eyes were meeting his own, he had Harry pressed against the wall, one hand against it--keeping the boy still, while the other kept his grip on Harry's wrist. Their noses were brushing against each other, the two boys were so close Harry could smell Draco's intoxicating cologne. A smell he knew he would never get tired of. Harry tried to stay firm, to back against the wall as much as possible to be further from Draco, but the more he moved the closer Draco got. Harry swallowed hard, wanting to keep eye contact, but how could he do that when all he could think about was how good it would feel to taste Draco's lips. Draco studied Harry's eyes as they shifted from his to his lips. Just the thought of Potter feeling nervous in a situation like this made him feel a different kind of happiness.
