A mistake she made...but it's his fault for ignoring her. Meredith slept with Nathan accidentally when she was drunk but Nick never believed her,Alex did.Nathan got her pregnant by accident but Nick called her name instead of letting her explain what 'really' happened the night before Nick found her naked in Nathan's room.
