Lord Hokage knows of a girl, a young, adorable, incredibly sadistic girl. This girl is in the Asylum For Dangerous Patients, yet he lets her out. He enrolls her in the Academy, allows her weapons, and puts her under the care of Kakashi Hatake. Lord Hokage's reasons are questioned, yet not revealed. But don't you doubt him, because Lord Hokage has got a plan. And that plan will later become clear. But for now, let us read and see how this young girl affects and endangers the lives of those around her.

Elvira May is a foreigner in the town of Konoha. Orphaned and completely alone, she seeks out the village from a bloody note that her parents had left her before their murder. They had originated from the same village and were apparently very close before the incident. After some memories return to her, Elvira finally realizes that she had someone to share her gruesome burden with. Over time, she grows accustomed to the attention that seeks her out every day and she begins to lift off her mask and notice all the romantic attention that she is receiving, especially from the village's last Uchiha. Unsure of her own feelings, she struggles to uncover her memories with the help of her friends and discover who it was that had killed her parents.
