Hi, my name is Olivia Monroe but if you know me it's Liv. I'm 25 from Milton Keynes, however I've lived in LA for the last 7 years for my job. I work in marketing, which is so hands on, planning events for celebrities and brands all over the world. Very rarely do I come back to the UK, only for the odd Christmas or my birthday. Due to an event, and my birthday which is in the summer, I'm heading back to London for a few weeks. I can't wait to see my little brother (who is 21, so not so little) and the rest of my family and old friends I haven't been able to see for a while. How, this is where it gets complicated. Leah Williamson, my childhood best friend, but also my ex girlfriend. We dated for 2 years before I moved to LA. She didn't want to do a (very) long distance relationship with her starting to make her way up the ranks with Arsenal, so she cut it off with me a few days before I flew out to LA. Our parents are still very close, our mums go on coffee dates and go to watch Leah's games together. I haven't seen, or heard from her since I left. She wished me luck on the day I moved, but since then, nothing. 7 years of nothing.

Leah Williamson lives in stadium lights, press conferences, and the weight of being England's captain. Elle Smith lives in New York - between fashion campaigns, bookstores, and a life that somehow still feels lonely in a city of millions. They meet the way most modern love stories do: accidentally. A follow. A message. One conversation that turns into hundreds. But as Leah fights her way back from the hardest injury of her career, and Elle struggles with the pressure of being constantly seen but rarely understood, the distance between London and New York begins to feel smaller than the distance they've spent their whole lives putting between themselves and everyone else. Some people meet at the right time. They met when they were both falling apart.

Leah Williamson is tired. Tired of the flashing lights, the roar of the crowds, and the heavy weight of the captain's armband. She's the face of a nation, but all she wants is to be a ghost. When she rents a modest apartment in a tucked-away corner of North London under a different name, she finally finds the silence she's been craving. Then she meets the girl in 4C. Maya is a shadow. To the rest of the world, she is a literary sensation-the girl who wrote the heartbreaking, global bestseller that defined a generation of grief. To Leah, she's just Maya: the girl with the tired eyes and the oversized cardigans who doesn't know a thing about football. For Leah, Maya is a sanctuary-the only person who sees Leah and not the Lioness. For Maya, Leah is the first spark of light in a world that went dark the day her sister died. But secrets have a way of echoing in quiet hallways. As their lives intertwine through rainy nights and shared tea, Leah must decide how long she can play a part before the world-and the truth-comes knocking on her door.

She never thought she'd wear an England shirt. At sixteen, Olivia "Liv" Brooks is a quiet Arsenal academy midfielder who spends more time doubting her talent than celebrating it. An unexpected call-up to the England Under-17s should be the happiest moment of her life-but to Liv, it feels like the beginning of being found out. Then everything changes. After impressing the senior coaching staff at St George's Park, she's given a chance no one saw coming: a place in the England Lionesses camp. Surrounded by the players she's spent years looking up to, Liv is convinced she doesn't belong. Every misplaced pass feels like proof she's made it there by mistake. Every team meeting brings another wave of anxiety. And every day becomes a battle between the footballer everyone else can see... and the one she can't. But sometimes, all it takes is one person to notice you're struggling-and for Liv, that person is Leah Williamson. A heartfelt story about football, self-belief, anxiety, and discovering that sometimes the hardest person to convince you belong... is yourself.

Samantha Jenkins is a rising star on the track, training for the Olympics with nothing but grit and speed. They meet by accident - a stolen glance across a stadium, a follow on Instagram, a bold message neither of them expects to change everything. But as the world watches them chase gold, records, and greatness - Leah and Sam have to navigate something far more terrifying than elite sport: falling in love, for real.
