One of them, an appealing green-eyed boy, has an energetic and downright determined aura about him that Armin is undoubtedly attracted to. Occupied by the thoughts of him, Armin decides to befriend him. What he isn't aware of, however, is the unforeseen boundary that keeps them from getting closer. This is a Modern AU Eremin fanfic. FEB 2025 UPDATE: Hey everyone! I'm sorry for disappearing off the face of the earth for like a year and a half... When I originally decided to rewrite this fanfic, I was a senior in high school and was more focused on completing my studies than I was on this, especially after I got a job. I did get promoted to a manager a year later and I'm now juggling being a full-time student as well as a manager, so I'm busy almost every single day, which is why I haven't updated this fanfic in so long. HOWEVER!! I'm going to put all of my chapters into a Google doc to motivate me to finish rewriting this when I have the time (since I do go to Google docs a lot to write for school and seeing this fanfic there will remind me that I need to finish it) because it is a hot mess and I know I have a few people wishing to read the finished version.
