Alex has a picture perfect family. He was a beautiful wife, whom he loved very much, a five year old son named Phillip, and another baby on the way. Everything was perfect until Phillip started Kindergarten and Alexander almost immediately catches feelings for his new teacher.

John is in college and runs out of his house. He forgets his license which he finds out 2 hours away from home with a man named Alexander. This is their story. Then as I like to say, it trails off into something. Not quite sure what yet, but I have some ideas. John Laurens is a shy student who never talks to anyone, but when popular kid, Alexander Hamilton, stands up for him and shows an interest in him could things possibly change? Could this shy kid who hasn't spoken to kids at school in months, or even smiled in maybe a year, possibly be happy again, or will he give up like everyone else has. (I didn't make any of the art)

Two pretty badass college roommates living together. Sounds great already, right? Well it gets better. The two start to feel a romance brewing, it leads to confusion and fear. But guess what? They're still super badass.

Alexander Hamilton has not had an easy life. After his parents died, he bounced from foster home to foster home in Nevis, each one giving up on him and claiming that he was "too difficult to deal with." After being thrown out of his seventh foster home, he gets adopted by an American couple named George and Martha Washington. George and Martha are incredibly kind and willing to do anything for Alex, but Alex finds it difficult to trust them. He worries that they will become angry with him and throw him out the way the rest of his foster parents did. He finds himself growing more and more depressed and angry, and nothing the Washingtons do can make him feel better. Alex finds himself desparate for acceptance, and ends up in a tumultuous friendship with none other than John Laurens, a gay boy rebelling against his homophobic parents. Will the Washingtons give up on Alex, or will Alex finally learn to trust again.

For this LGBT history month, I'm gonna post one reason to why Lams was real each day (if I don't forget) as a way to celebrate LGBT history! This is mostly gonna be based on their letters (which are indeed reliable sources, they're considered primary sources for a reason) but you'll probably stumble upon a crack chapter here and there.
