"Bring her out here." A man in black came out with a familiar looking Pokemon, shoving her to the ground. Just looking at her was unbearable, how could they have done this to her? "Moon... How could they do this to you..." I whispered. The Umbreon coughed, spitting out little blood droplets from her mouth. She was already bleeding from the lashes, and she looked like she could just drop dead any moment. "You see what I do now when my experiments don't cooperate with me," the man at the front said, giving the Umbreon a glare. "For what she did, she needs to be punished for her actions." "Who do you think you are, saying she's just an experiment!" I screamed, tears falling down to my cheeks. "Please, don't hurt her. I'll... I'll do anything." His eyes seemed to twinkle. "Anything?" "No, don't do what he says!" The Umbreon pleaded, then giving a harsh kick. "You don't have the right to talk," he spat. "I'll give you two options. You either join us, or you watch her die."

No one loves us. No one understands us. No one cares about us. All we have is each other... Because we're undesirable. A young girl named Hiromi Avaron saves a Magikarp one day from some cruel kids on the beach, and they become unlikely friends. All they have is one another, strengthening their bond. Both girl and Pokemon go through a self transformation, and they fill the hole in each other's empty heart. In this short story, an ugly caterpillar becomes a beautiful butterfly. And a "weak" Pokemon will be no longer undesirable... Because at least he's found one girl who will love him. All they have is each other, and they're going to stick together through the very end. Even though that they're considered undesirable... That won't stop them from giving up hope. They still hope that one day they will be accepted for who they are. Sayo and Sora, an eight year old girl and a Pidgey, never got along when they first met. As time moves on, they begin to trust each other more and more until Sayo barely uses any Pokemon other than Sora. She wants to win every battle with Sora, her best friend and the powerhouse of her team. When Sora reaches her maximum level, level 100, Sayo decides to take on the challenge of the Elite Four and become the Champion with Sora. Life is never fair, however. -------- Pokemon Watty Awards 2013: 2nd place winner in the One-shot category! Also voted as the saddest story. ^-^ -------- This story is made for the very first Sora, my own Pidgeot. I deleted my game on SoulSilver when I had thought I had transferred all my Pokemon onto my Black, but when I couldn't find Sora I almost broke down into tears. You see, I get this attachment to things that I've worked really hard on, so I love all my Pokemon I've trained up. Because I forgot about her, and she is no longer with me, I decided to create a story, starring Sora and her trainer.
