When the rest of team Voltron leave Lance alone with Coran for 2 months because he apparently doesn't qualify for the mission or whatever, Lance ends up spending more time with the red lion and the 10,000-year-old alien that's staying with him. Coran, also left behind, grows closer to Lance and both share some skeletons in the closet. For Lance, he's hiding something big, preferably not revealed to the rest of the team.
