The story begins when Horikita Manabu's presidency is over. Unexpectedly, Kiyotaka Ayanokouji became the new student council president. Read Ayanokouji's journey as the new student council president and his new council containing everyone's favorite waifus. In this story, Ayanokouji does not hold back- academically and physically. Both were equal in their abilities, and none could compete against them. They recognize each other's strength, and would often compete to see who was the best. Through out their competitions, they their respect for each other grew, and have grown close and regard each other as their "first true friend". Ayanokoji Sensei, displeased with their attachment to each other getting in the way of their progress, decided to have Karma transfer to a different White Room facility at a different site while the boys were around the age of 12. During his transfer, an assassin was tipped off, and decided to intercept it. The assassin killed everyone, but left Karma alive. The Japanese Military found the site, and a lonely Karma alone in the wreckage. A family with close ties with the government decided to adopt him. They had him enroll at Kunigigaoka Junior High, where he not only got to overwhelm many students, but also got to live the life of a normal teenager, as well as how to be more human, thanks to a certain yellow octopus as his teacher, Korosensei. As a parting gift for his graduation, Korosensei caused an incident to cause the White Room to shut down temporarily, so that Karma's first friend, Kiyotaka, may escape, hoping that both may reunite, at least temporarily. Following Korosensei's instructions, Karasuma spent a year tracking down Kiyotaka for his student, and found him at ANHS. Knowing that Ayanokoji Sensei would do everything he can to being Kiyotaka back, Karma decided to enroll as a transfer student in order to aid, and reunite with his old friend. With the help of Agent Karasuma, and Chairman Sakayanagi, Karma was successful in enrolling as a transfer student during their 2nd year of High School. Now the duo reunite and will once again face many challenges together, and may once again compete with each other.

It was a fateful encounter with three students that would be on the same class with me. But for some reason, I dont remember this specific altercation happening. "Forgive me madam, i was being rude!" The well built blonde man stood up from the priority chair and had allowed the old woman to sit there. I stared blankly at the incident, not clearly processing this very well. I look around the bus and the moment i saw the two faced Angel scowling like its the most usual thing, and the black short haired beauty with glasses looking rather reluctant and sometimes catching her looking at me, I began to realize... "This is going to be a huge pain in the ass" I groaned out quietly as i cupped my face unto my hands. But I already knew this the moment I had awoken a few days ago. I had awoken in an unfamiliar familiar world. I do not own the Classroom of the Elite/Youkoso Jitsuryoku Shijou Shugi no Kyoushitsu e.
