Ever since Nya merged with the sea and disappeared out into the vast Endless Sea, nothing has been the same for the ninja team. Ry feels like she should've been able to stop Nya from merging with the sea, like she should've merged with the wind and even though she tried, Ry felt like she failed. Just like the rest of the team, she become overwhelmed with guilt and sorrow over the loss of her best friend. As Kai, Jay, and Lloyd left the monastery, Ry got even more upset, giving into her reckless impulses to try to fix everything, just like her Uncle Morro once did before her.
