After his mother passed away from cancer, 18 year old Izuku Midoriya was going through the motions. Bad enough, he had been born quirkless now with no family and a job as a clerk at a crappy comic store, things were getting difficult. However after closing up shop he came across a crying woman with a suitcase at the train station. His old instincts kicked in, and he felt compelled to talk to her. The next thing he knows, Fuyumi Todoroki now is living with him as his roommate.

It was common knowledge that the quirked were superior to the quirkless in every possible way. It was common knowledge that the quirkless were a useless minority, unneeded in today's advanced, superpowered society. Just because it's 'common' knowledge doesn't mean it's correct. Izuku Midoriya was a part of that 'useless' minority. And he was not inferior in any way.

One day Nezu finds out about this and finds interest in his plan. Not long after that the rat God of UA created a special surprise for the students of class 1A and 1B. Did he tell them what he was about to do or what the surprise exercise was all about? Nope not a single bit. This was how Izuku woke up in the middle of nowhere and needs to find out why he was where he was as well as who he was up against. Little did he know that he was the only villain and he was allowed to do anything and everything. With Nezu backing him up there is nothing that could stop the killer rabbit. "You kidding?! However, one day, they decided to visit a library and found a book called "The Four Cardinal Weapons". At first, they thought it was a just a regular book, but then, somehow, they got transported out of this world. Unfortunately, while being transported, the two got separated from each other. Izuku ended up in another world where he, and three other heroes are tasked with stopping the Waves of Catastrophe to save this world and return home. But due to him being the Shield Hero, he is faced with discrimination almost immediately. But Izuku is strong. Not just physically, but mentally, too. He won't let the insults get to him. But he is soon accused of actions he never did. But meets a young Tanuki slave girl named Raphtalia, who is with his daughter. Now, they must work together and save this world. But what happens when Raphtalia desires to be more than friends with Izuku?

What started as a simple PR stunt-forcing the reckless Rabbit Hero, Rumi Usagiyama, to take on an intern-quickly turned into something far more complicated. Izuku Midoriya wasn't just another student. He was sharp, relentless, and unwilling to back down, no matter how brutal her training was. Their dynamic was never meant to be easy, but as time passed, admiration turned into something neither of them could ignore. Izuku is 18 Here. This Fic is after the fight with Overhaul and before everything else. Shigaraki and the rest are still active, a few tweaks have been made as you will see and he is generally a bit less of a dense little rock. Fight scenes and such aren't going to be the focus, more so the personal stuff between the two. I might just skip out on the main story a bit too. I DO NOT OWN THE IMAGE.
