McKayla wakes up as any other girl-that is if any other girl is a princess who can suddenly speak to animals. Unfortunately for her, magic of any kind is banned in her kingdom; accidental or not. When new information about her missing and presumed dead mother arises, McKayla isn't sure who she can trust. She and her rag-tag group of friends have to figure out how to navigate the intricate web of lies, all while the threat of being discovered as magic users looms over their heads. The world is changing, and it's Mick's responsibility to keep it turning.
