We all know how it goes the Joker breaks out and then the mysterious dark bat comes along and they play their chasing game. However, one dark night something changes as Joker realises his Batsy hasn't come to play their game. Furious he wants to know why and nobody is going to stop him.

Bruce knows that Jack used to be the Joker, Jack has no memory of it. Not wanting the Joker to resurface again, Bruce starts spending more time with Jack to prevent it. Jack is slowing losing his mind day by day with hallucinations of the Joker. Can either of them prevent what seems to be inevitable? *Batman #48 based

Joker can't stand how Batman treats him anymore. He works his butt off for the other's attention, only to be tossed aside. So, he seeks the attention of a new hero, who, for once, returns his feelings. When Joker finally finds happiness, it's now Batman's turned to be left in the dirt. Batman doesn't take rejection as well as Joker, though.

Through all of his caped crusading years, Bruce has never been asked to go on a date (in exchange for hostages in the Joker's clutches, that is) Or: I saw a blurry picture of Batman and Joker maybe dancing the waltz and my brain wouldn't let me sleep until I wrote it.
