So are the rest of the Seven. So, naturally, Percy assumes that he can get some time off. Get his mind out of the dark places that have been haunting him since the war with Gaea. But no, he can't. When he arrives at his mother's apartment to find both her and Paul laying dead on the floor, all valuables gone, something inside Percy breaks.
