A Beatles short story. 21 year old Nancy is working as an assistant cum confidante to The Beatles. Though the boys see her only as the girl who can't walk properly without falling on her face, Nancy turns out to be more than the clumsy, awkward and the vulnerable girl she seems to be. There is not a ton of information out there regarding the possible affair, but Cynthia Lennon spoke about it many, many years later. Learning about some of the details she gave made me want to explore the possibilities and add my own twist. While this story is loosely based on actual people and events, none of it should taken as anything more than pure fiction. I do not own the Beatles (no matter how hard I wish!) or their likenesses.
