Time is a precious thing. For George, things start to take a turn for the worse when Dream is diagnosed with only 7 days left to live. He has a hard time coping with his emotions and starts writing about his final days on earth with his lover. They yearned to love, but their hearts were not set in the right place. (AU high school) Part two to: Under the Bleachers Dream is now in rehab fighting to get better. Overcoming an addiction that was formed for so many years is much harder than he anticipated. George, Dreams boyfriend, is supporting him on the outside along with his friends Sapnap, Quackity, and Karl. I want to quickly preface that I do include people in the rehab facility with Dream that are CC's. If anyone involved in this story makes it clear they're uncomfortable with it I will take the story down.

(AU high school) Dream had been set up for failure his whole life. From no Dad to a deadbeat drunk Mom, Dream had to fend for himself. Some might think this situation would make Dream more responsible, but he went down the same path as his mother. From getting high everyday to crashing at his friends house, it seemed like there was no end. George on the other hand was a little different. He had his mom and his sister, and his brain. George was incredibly smart, he was definitely going places. The downside of this was bullies, George is bullied constantly and can't stand up for himself. He is grateful for what he has, but he sometimes wish he could just do something to take the edge off. Jealousy. Dream has always been a jealous person. He's spiteful and arrogant, always needing to get his own way. This only worsened when he got to college, and now he can't spend one minute without being the center of attention. Everything seems to change when the new art student, George, steals the attention from him. Even worse, the brunette seems to always pretend as if Dream doesn't exist.
