"'Milex is real,'" he read aloud to himself. The singer bellowed with laughter, startling Miles."It kind of is real in a way, ain't it?" He gave a crooked smile, looking at Miles over his sunglasses. Miles hesitated, was he supposed to answer that? "Like, we're bezzies, aren't we? Proper good friendship going on, ain't there?" Miles attempts to set aside the subtle crushes that he has towards Alex, believing it is just a peculiar phase. However, nearly eight years later and after several relationships, Miles isn't coping well with Alex sharing an apartment with him and the feeling certainly haven't simmered down.

Meeting Alex Turner after a concert changes everything.

I wrote this early last year and it's just been stagnating on my computor so thought I would upload. It is loosely based on the relationship of Alex Turner and Alexa Chung, it's just my take on it and what may have happened. I tried to be as creative as possible and add my own characters. There are fifteen chapters in all that I will hopefully upload soon, I hope everyone enjoys :-)

The high. The rush. That's all that Gabrielle cared about. 19 year old Gabrielle Stone was constantly on the chase for that first high that she experienced ever so long ago. Living in a dinky apartment alone, her bills and her drug habbit are only kept up by her natural born talent. Photography. Seeing the world through her camera lense is just as much of an escape from reality as drugs are.. kind of. When her company sends her off to a gig to take pictures of the new up and coming band, Arctic Monkeys, she has no idea how this one night is going to change her life forever. Will she find love? Or just a financial fund to keep up her dirty little habits.

In the morning after, I wished I looked like poetry. Perhaps then, i could be able to make him stay. But he was not the kind of men to stay. His poetry tho, was the kind of words that hunt you for years, that makes you drink about it, smoke about it but never talk about it.
