A child, no more than the age of nine pressed his face against the glass window. His face was streaked with tears as he opened his mouth and cried for help.  She smiled menacingly and waved mockingly at the boy before turning on her heel and walking away. She heard the boy banging against the window still crying loudly for help. Annoyed with the yelling, she pulled out a small object from her pocket. She tossed it on the lawn of the burning lawn and once it touched the flame, their was a small click before the entire building blazed with a electric blue light before everything turned to ashes.

15 year old Lily has a normal life, a best friend and doesn't do too badly at school. She's never had any trouble sleeping before until...the nightmare. A recurring nightmare that refuses to leave her alone and taints her sleep. She's not sure what to make of it until a new boy starts her school and she begins to see more than one connection with the boy and her dream. The end result is a little more than she bargained for and Lily finds herself thrown into a situation she would never have dreamed of. These things don't happen in dreams...only in nightmares.
