How do you protect a world you know nothing about? How do you defeat enemies light years ahead of you? Most importantly, how do you survive it all? Victoria Viris transferred to Robus sans hopes and dreams. Lost and floundering, curiosity bested caution and she decided to delve deep into the former academy of her enigmatic dead mother. Her efforts opened to her a world of magic and mayhem, a world who's existence she always suspected but could never prove. Heralded as Aqva, Keeper of Water, an impossible responsibility is thrust upon her- to keep the Heaven's Cry secure, as her ancestors did before her. But her ancestors never had to deal with an immensely powerful group of magic toting criminals intent on 'saving' the world. She's not alone, there are other keepers; but even together they may not be enough. Especially when everyone has a mountain of their own to climb. *****/\/\***** Note: I'm currently in the process of reworking some elements of the story due to significant changes in the later parts of the plot. I will make sure to indicate the parts affected. Please bare with me, I know I haven't updated in a while but I promise I'm still here and as invested in the story as ever :)

I'm pretty extraordinary (read: absolutely normal) for an average guy named Patrick- Patrick Kraker, and before you ask, no, I do not want a cracker; neither does Polly. Polly's sick of crackers. a) My summer job may or may not involve spray painting myself completely silver and standing motionless in the park. Of course not. b) I also may or may not be investigating and communicating with a homeless guy who is (possibly): one, not actually homeless and two, part of a cult of (probably) bloodthirsty satanic worshippers. *** Copyright © 2015 by unfurled All rights reserved #34 Humour Featured as of 28/04/16
