Surrounded by luxury and comfort, she had everything she could ever wish for. Yet despite her wealth, her heart remained kind. She helped others, cared for the needy, and believed in compassion above all else. But fate had different plans. After her sudden death, she was reborn in Treta Yuga as Maithili, the younger daughter of King Janaka and the younger sister of Janaki. Janaki was perfection itself-the complete incarnation of Goddess Lakshmi, filled with kindness, patience, purity, and every divine virtue. Darkness never touched her heart. Maithili, however, was different. She too was a form of Goddess Lakshmi, but an ancient curse had forced her soul into the cycle of rebirth. Lifetime after lifetime, she had wandered the mortal world until she forgot her true identity, her divine origins, and even her connection to Lord Vishnu. Determined to follow in her sister's footsteps, Maithili grew into a compassionate and righteous princess. But unlike Sita, she was not free from human emotions. Jealousy, pride, anger, and doubt still lingered within her heart. As destiny moved forward, the princesses of Mithila became part of Ayodhya's royal family. When Rama sent into exile, both sisters followed him into the forest. Everything seemed destined to unfold exactly as the Ramayana foretold. Until one day. While Rama chased the golden deer deep into the forest, a mysterious accident awakened memories buried deep within Maithili's soul. Suddenly, she remembered her life in Kaliyug. And most importantly... She remembered the Ramayana.

How can she reap hope on a land where despair plants seeds of agony and sufferings? Whose destiny is written with the ink of misery, how can she rinse the stains with mirth? How can she put on the cloak of patience when life strips her out of it everytime? But how can faith abandon a body whose hands Krishna holds? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ How can misfortune eclipse a heart where Chandra glows? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ How can sorrow defeat a soul before which Arjun bows? "|| यत्र धर्मो धृतिः कान्तिः , यत्र हरिः श्री स्तथा मतिः ; यतो धर्म सततः कृष्णो , यतः कृष्णा स्ततो जय: ||" -संजय, भीष्म पर्व (XXIII) 'A bed of roses is only achieved after treading a path of thorns. And sometimes by the time you reach there, it is wilted.' I thus, invite you all to join me in this journey, where I take you to witness Mahabharat from the eyes of Chandraputri. ∆ The woman, whom even pessimism couldn't stand against. ∆ The one, who along with Yagyaseni bathed Kuruvansh in her blood and tears. ∆ The one, who fought the war of Kurukshetra alone in her heart. A sojourn it is. ❝His scent is petrichor. He shall always be the golden page of my recollections, of beautiful memories. The greatest archer of the time❞ Derived from the Sanskrit word स्मरण (smaraṇa, "the act of remembrance, remembrance, reminiscence, recollection") which leads to the realization of that which is of the highest aspect and purpose in one's life, she shall be true to her name. Mahabharata a heroic tale of ancient times. It is the truth of life. What shall happen when a girl who has always been fantasized by the royal and colossal epic is fortunate to tumble in the era for a sojourn only to return back? It is her journey to learn and nourish the seed of dharma she has in her heart. After the cacophony of storms the trees get uprooted but the saplings stay rooted to the firm ground. Simultaneously, the blasphemy of kaliyug has uprooted many trees of righteousness, but can that little seed of dharma germinated within her make the era prosper with evergreens? Disclaimer : This story is a complete work of fiction and this in no way intends to hurt anyone's religious beliefs. I will try my best to justify the story. Time travelling is something which is a matter of discussion everywhere. Some say it's possible, some say it's not. But you know what, when god conspires to do something and to teach us something, he can go to any lengths for that. And when he wants to teach the purity of love, the essence of togetherness and the real meaning of soulmates, he will do that even at the time of war. Love is associated with pain, pleasure, seperation, then coming back together, fighting our demons together and what not. What happens when the definition of love is completely changed, when lover conquers all Time Demons Separation Sorrow Humiliation and every other pain you can count in this world. Let's embark on this journey of redefinition of lover where it's a union of souls and not body. Plagiarism is not appreciated. Strict action will be taken for the same. In the great kingdom of Indraprastha, Queen Draupadi gives birth to twin daughters of the mighty warrior Arjuna. From the moment they are born, the palace is filled with joy. The two sisters grow up together, always side by side, sharing the same laughter, dreams, and love. As children, they are loved equally by everyone around them. To the world, they look like two flowers blooming from the same branch. But as the years pass, people begin to notice their differences. Anurati grows into a girl of extraordinary beauty. Her beauty becomes famous, and stories of her grace spread far and wide. Wherever she goes, people cannot stop praising her. Nayantara though kind, gentle, and pure-hearted, slowly begins to live in the shadow of her sister's beauty. At first, the sisters do not notice the change. But the world does. Whispers begin to grow. Comparisons begin to rise. People slowly start choosing which sister is more beautiful. And a silent question begins to follow them everywhere: Can two sisters who were once loved the same... remain the same in the eyes of the world? Sometimes, it is not fate that separates hearts. Sometimes... it is the judgment of people. 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸 (Important Note: In this story, the Pandavas and the Kauravas share a peaceful and respectful relationship. There is no great rivalry or war between them. The Pandavas also have a strong and friendly bond with Angraj Karna. These elements are part of the fictional world created for this novel.) Disclaimer This story is a pure work of fiction. It is inspired by characters and settings from ancient Indian mythology, but the events, relationships, and storyline are created only for storytelling and imagination.

𝗞𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗻𝗮 𝘅 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗸𝘂𝗻𝗶 𝗱𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿 🪷 "𝗞𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗻𝗮 : 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝘆 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝘄, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝘆 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲." In the age of Sati Yug, there lived an Asura princess whose heart was captivated by the unmatched power and glory of Lord Vishnu. Believing it to be love, she desired to make him her husband. To win him, she performed severe penance and sacrificed comfort, yet Vishnu never accepted her. Heartbroken, the princess refused to let go of her dream. Seeing her stubborn devotion, the royal sages advised her to worship Lord Shiva, the one even Vishnu revered. Pleased by her tapasya, Mahadev appeared before her. But he spoke the truth-Vishnu would never accept her until she abandoned the darkness within her heart: pride, greed, desire, and selfish longing. But the princess would not surrender. She began an impossible vow-to chant one hundred billion mantras while standing upon a tree. She gave away her youth, beauty, and entire life to devotion. Even Mahadev was moved by her determination and decided that when her final chant was complete, her wish would be granted. Yet fate had other plans. When only one final name remained, old age claimed her life. She was reborn in Kaliyug, unaware of her past and disconnected from faith. But destiny drew her back to a Shiva temple. There, in a tragic accident, she took her final breath before the idol of Mahadev. From her lips escaped one forgotten word-Shiv. This time, Lord Shiva fulfilled his promise. She was reborn in Dwapar Yug as the daughter of Prince Shakuni of Gandhara. Bound by an ancient vow, Vishnu was now destined to marry her. But the question remains... Will Vishnu truly accept her? Will he marry her only as a duty? Or will a marriage born from vows and fate blossom into real love?

Reader x six pandavas What if the sacred fire of the Yagya did not give birth to just two children... but three? What if Draupadi had a younger sister-a girl born not just from flames, but from pain, loss, and a forgotten destiny? In the cruel age of Kaliyug, a broken girl dies alone-betrayed by love, abandoned by family. With her last breath, she makes one final wish... to be loved, to belong somewhere. Fate answers-but not gently. She is reborn as the younger sister of Draupadi, a princess of Panchala, surrounded by power, royalty, and expectations she never asked for. But this is not the story the world knows. In this life, there are not five Pandavas... but six. When Kunti reveals the truth, Karna is accepted as the first son of Pandu, changing destiny forever. And what if Madri never died? What if Nakul and Sahdev grew up with their mother's love? Bound by fate, she is forced into a marriage no heart can accept- six husbands, six vows, and one shattered soul. Because sometimes... the wish to be loved comes at the cost of your freedom. 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸 Story Disclaimer This story is purely a work of imagination and fiction. Drisana has always felt like she's in the wrong place, wrong time. Why? That has no answer. After her parents death, adventure lover Drisana has been travelling around the world to find peace in her heart which has always been missing. But things take a drastic change when she comes to visit the place that her parents belonged to, where she was born. One moment she was in the basement of her parental house and the next she somehow tumble through a energy portal to 5157 years back in time in the Dwapar yug, badly injured, right on the hands of the legendary heroes of Mahabharat, Pandavs. What is she doing there? How she reached from Kaliyug to Dwapar yug and why? Many more things are running through her mind and all she got from the mortal disguise of Lord Narayan, Krishna is, "Tum etihas ka hissa nahi balki etihas rachne aayi ho. Apni vaggya ka racaita tum khud ho. " (You're not part of the history. Rather you have come to create the history. You're the writer of your own destiny.) *********** Familiar with the Mahabharat? Don't worry if you're not. I've added a short description of the original Mahabharat plot in the book for those. This story will follow the original mahabharat storyline but in a vastly different way with a lot of twists and events in my style. 😉 I'm aware Mahabharat holds religious sentiments for some and I do not INTEND to offend anyone. This is for entertainment purpose only. So don't get serious or offended please. And I apologise in advance if you feel hurt by any content of the book.
