Sonic embraces his new home on Earth -- until he accidentally knocks out the power grid, sparking the attention of uncool evil genius Dr. Robotnik. Now, it's supervillain vs. 3 boys in an all-out race across the globe to stop Robotnik from using Sonic's unique power to achieve world domination. (Sequel to Megaman NT Warrior x Sonic: Heroes unite! except this is based on Megaman Axess episode 1) Lan and Sonic learn about Cross Fusion, a procedure that requires strong synchronization between a Net Navi and Net-Op. But Sci-Lab gets attacked by SavageMan! Will Lan, Megaman and Sonic save the day?

Lan, Sonic and their class take a trip to the Water Works where the Darkloid BubbleMan starts causing trouble. Lan, Sonic and Megaman get into a humorous battle with the Darkloid as BubbleMan tries to wreak havoc in his own way. (I have no excuse for this I just wanted to make another story based off an episode- though Sonic doesn't do much in this, Sorry.)
