How did I get here?

When I first start off my pokemon journey, I expect myself to face many obstacles along the way. But as I go on with the journey, I'm starting to notice that obstacles just didn't come to me. In fact, it was the other way around. Now how am I going to get out of the pit that I dug myself into?
