A feeling of calm is descending upon the Steves as new truths are being revealed. Light is back and alive by a miracle no-one can say why, while Sabre, Lucas, and Tewtiy discover new truths about their family lineage. Yet even still, a dark cloud lurks on the horizon. It's a race against time (not the Steve) as a new enemy appears that is neither Human, Player or Steve. The Chromatic Steves have to find out how to stop this new enemy like their ancestors did long ago. Meanwhile, Sabre is trying to hide the fact that no matter how much sleep he's been getting, he has been feeling drained as of late. He just had to continue on until this slump passes, that's all. Of course, with all his friends constantly checking in on him, and the fact he lives with Time, it might be easier said than done. - In an attempt to win against the Chromatic Steves and Sabre, Void unleashes a being that is not Human, Player, or Steve. A parasitic creature that chooses a person to slowly leach energy from until their demise. Now free from its confines and with a new partner to spread the darkness around, it finds a source of energy to leach from. The odd one out in a world full of Steves. - Lucas just wanted a normal life. That plan was flipped on his head as several things start to go wrong. First Sabre, his best friend, goes missing and doesn't come back. Then it's discovered that Players are being reborn once more and Lucas was one of the lucky few. Of course that would mean something if he didn't go into the woods and was somehow brought to a new world. What the hell are Steves, this so called Darkness, and why do some of them keep saying something about 'another human'? How do they know Sabre's name?!

The Steve looked confused and raised an eyebrow "No, why?" He responded as Sabre simply shrugged. There, there the voice was again! He looked at his companion again who's clueless to the situation and narrowed his eyes on him while pretending to not pay attention to him.He heard it again, but this time, it was much louder, and more echoed and in numbers. One..Two..Three..Five..Then two..And back to four. He knew something was off but he simply shrugged it off, whatever was happening it was happening.

After being the Flash for two years our hero Sabre falls. He receives and injury that will effect his powers as the Flash Forever. For a new job he becomes a foster parent and takes care of kids to help him feel better and contribute to Core City even though he can no longer fight or the city thanks to his injury. He is trying to recover as quickly as possible to gain his powers back and fight once again. Rainbow is a 12 year old boy who has been to home to home in the foster care system. No longer wanting to trust others and no memories of his past parents he doesn't care much about people and just wants to be left alone. Tired of the foster care system he swears that this will be the last home he will be in. A new villain arises as well. With no Flash to protect the city they can do as they please. They can't wait until they find "the one they are looking for." Fate will tie them together very soon.
