Rachel, Finn, and Puck were best friends from the beginning, at least until Rachel had to move half way across the country. When Rachel suddenly moves back four years later, will Finn still see her as his childhood best friend, or will it be much, much more?

Rachel Berry and Finn Hudson were childhood best friends who made a deal to marry each other if they didn't marry by the time they were 25. They're now both 24 and they haven't talked for a year and not seen each other for 5 years. Finn is engaged to Quinn Fabray back in Lima while Rachel is single in New York City. Rachel loves him while Finn 'loves' Quinn. She has to go back to Lima to let him see how much she's changed and make him rediscover his feelings for her that he had when they were younger.

Rachel is new to Lima, Ohio from New York along with her brother Puck (Noah) and mother Shelby. She left New York with her family because of some horrifying memories with a boy named Brody. She has no clue who her father is since he left her and twin older brother Noah before they were even born. She is very talented like her mother and can sing very well. When she grows up, she wants to be just like her mother and become a star on the Broadway Stage. Finn Hudson lives in Lima, Ohio along with his mother Carole, step-brother Kurt, and step-dad Burt. He lost his father at a very young age and doesn't really remember that much about him. He is also the quarterback of his high school football team and is the male lead of his school's Glee Club. All the girls love him, but, he is as single as a pringle. He is waiting for that one perfect girl for him.
