After the death of his parents, Dick Grayson is taken in by his Uncle and trained to be a Talon. He has been training and preparing for four years of his life, and he only needs to do one thing until he can officially become a Talon. He needs to kill someone.... But he can't. So, he runs away and seeks refugee in Gotham. While there he meets some interesting people. A man, who dresses as a bat and fights crime, and a team of teenagers who also fight crime on their spare time. What will happen when he meets the team and Batman? And what will happen when they meet him?

What happens if it wasn't Bruce that Adopts the young orphan Richard Grayson but a three time Father and mercenary Slade Wilson? Who would the young acrobat become under the teaching of one of the most feared mercenary in the world? And who would have ever thought, Slade would have a protective side.

The original team was never good. They were raised as Villains; are Villains. Getting annoyed with their masters, the young teens had struck out on their own, running into each other. With more then enough fun, bickering, and over all fighting they settled on a name for their little group. Chaos. And that is what they bring where ever they go.
