Dr. Eleanora Blackwood is an ecologist and naturalist who rose in the world of science from an exceptionally young age. She began her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley at just 12 years old, later completing her master's and PhD at Stanford University, graduating at the age of 17. From birth until the age of 11, Eleanora was raised between England, York, and Tokyo, Japan, where her father served as an English diplomat. Her mother became a school teacher in Japan, instructing Japanese students in English, as the family's home in Japan became increasingly permanent over the years. Eleanora was homeschooled from ages three to seven, as the family frequently moved. At seven, she enrolled in a prestigious private Japanese school, quickly realising that her intellect set her apart from her peers - a fact soon recognised by her teachers. Her prodigious abilities in science and natural observation became evident early on, laying the foundation for her remarkable academic journey. After finishing her studies decides to do a presentation at a local Japanese high school in order to inspire the younger minds into science as a way to give back to society.
