In Niseko, Japan, Kenta Osamu and his friends decide to go to the town's shrine―which is forbidden―in celebration of Kenta's best friend, Naoki, having been returned from a mental hospital. Little did they know that all of them would never see light again after mysteriously waking up inside of an unusual forest; seemed to be trapped forever in this "jigoku."
