A story based back in season six, around mid way through the demise game as this was when I started writing it (I've only decided I may as well submit it here now). It doesn't really follow the timeline but still makes for a pretty ok slow burn. Ok. So, hear me out. There are like no stories of this ship, and this is SUCH an underrated ship. As said above it's set in season six as that's when I started writing this and have only now decided that I may as well post it as it's become pretty fun for me to write. Hey so here's an idea I had in mind. This story takes place on the Hermitcraft season 7 server and all the hermits are thrown into a war after gaining special abilities. But not is all that it seems. Maybe it's something much more... I guess some things are out of your control. This is my first story so definitely gonna be cringe and some shipping... sorry not sorry... Art is not mine. Grian is just a normal hermitcraft guy. He goes around pranking people and having fun, always with a good personality. But then something joins the server, determined to dig into Grians mind and change him forever. Grian starts hearing a voice in the back of his head. It gets deeper into his past, digging out power and an unsettling courage to corrupt things around him. Even though he already had a nag for friendly distruction this is a whole different situation. The voice is telling him to hurt hermits. Change hermits. Kill hermits. NPC Grian has come for revenge, and Grian is finding himself swayed by the voice. (This is not an Evo story although it will have mentions that Grian has been an admin. The watchers have nothing at all to do with this story, just the fact Grian has been an admin and knew some things he has forgotten. This story takes place in season 7. Not all hermits will have matching personalities to the actual hermit. This thumbnail was not created by me, it was created by Maiioz on X (forever Twitter). 'Being tortured isn't that bad once you get used to it' After years of the AHA, or Annihilating Hazardous Anomalies, plucking his feathers from his wings and torturing him, Grian has lost all hope of getting out of his chains. Until one day a new employee comes in and instead of torturing him, he sets Grian free. I do not ship any of the real people, only their personas. This is my first story so if you have anything that you don't like please tell me and I will improve from it! There is blood and gore in this story so if you don't like that sort of stuff then don't read this. There is also LGBT+ so don't read if your homophobic. The cover art is not mine but I couldn't find who drew it to give credit. If anyone knows I will gladly tag them for credit.

Grian is cursed, or at least, that's what it seems. Trapped against his will to play a cruel game and sacrificing himself for his friends, Grian knows little of happiness. Now forced to throw away his very humanity itself, he must learn to become one of the very beings that toyed with both him and his friends. Will the games ever end, or is he fated to a life of pain and anguish until the bitter end? Note: this contains a lot of angst. There are also a few scenes with blood, but nothing too graphic. (I'm pretty squeamish when it comes to blood myself).
