Introducing Vagrants to Elysium, a card combat dungeon crawler where players take on the role of ancient heroes seeking paradise, waiting for them at the far end of the Sundering Shore. This class based rpg features collectable and tradeable cards in place of a skill tree, and players will have to team up to take on deadly dungeons in their pursuit of the Elysian fields. Draw cards, choose your actions, and fight your way free of the clutches of dreaded Hades. It's not all fun and games when the hottest MMO to hit the market suddenly becomes real life. Even less so when a local goddess character curses you for killing her pet. This is the situation Pan finds himself in when he's merged with the pet and cursed by its owner. Now he and the other players have to find out what - if anything - is keeping them in this game. Monsters, heroes, villains, magic, good, and evil... The world is fraught with challenges. No one talks about the rundown manor that sits on the southern cliffs, like a withered tyrant. Here silence bares its long fangs at the questions made by the occasional visitor. No one takes the branching path through the forest on the road out of town that winds up the slope to the manor door. No one recalls the eccentric builder and landlord. Sirensport townsfolk trade their curiosity for good solid advice: stay the hell out of Acrumholdt Manor. A silent stranger arrives one day, hellbent on entering the desolate old building. He puts the rumors - mere fabrications of those who were denied answers - to the test. With the help of a mysterious merchant camped outside the hold, he sets out to find the treasure among the ever-shifting residence. Even if it kills him a thousand times.

Generations have passed since humans implemented a powerful global technology: alter reality at a thought. Installed deep within the earth, and engineered to last millenia, is the ultimate forgotten artifact of ancient man. Today, humans have descended to a technological dark age. All knowledge of the old devices is lost, save what can be scrounged by avid historians and mages, remnants of a foregone class who can freely use the system. Luos, nephew of the blacksmith of the village of Hill Hill, has become apprentice to the wizard Samsian and his talking cat familiar Peezlebub. He learns that while most people have some minor magical ability, the deeper magic requires the facilitation of a familiar, a daemon bound to a mortal body, able to navigate the spiritual world. But when Luos attempts the rite himself by summoning the daemon Asmod, proving to his teacher his capability in the occult, the daemon he binds besets the boy with a horrible truth. Daemons are not merely bound spirits. They are copies of the mage's own soul. Together Luos and Asmod must overcome the changes in their lives and master the magical arts, because Hill Hill comes under threat of a dark and evil force. Soon to be cross-posted to Royal Road!
